Order & Delivery Questions
Ordering is simple: browse our sports gear collection, select your size and quantity, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide your delivery address and payment details. Once confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation email immediately.
Standard UK Delivery: 2-4 working days from dispatch
Express Delivery: 1-2 working days (available at checkout)
Next Day Delivery: Order before 2pm for next working day delivery
All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends are processed the following Monday.
Yes, we ship worldwide! International delivery typically takes 5-10 working days depending on your location. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply for orders outside the UK.
Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number via email. Click the tracking link to see real-time updates on your delivery. You can also log into your account on our website to view your order status and tracking information.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@aysalsports.com. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually make changes or cancel it. Once shipped, you'll need to wait for delivery and use our returns process if needed.
We're sorry if something went wrong! Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately. You won't need to pay for return shipping on damaged or incorrect items.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging where possible
Contact us to initiate a return and we'll provide a prepaid returns label for UK customers.
Email us at support@aysalsports.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. We'll guide you through the process. For the fastest service, we recommend ordering the new size/colour and returning the original item for a refund.
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 2-3 working days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
Customisation & Personalisation
Yes! We offer customisation services including name printing, number printing, and logo embroidery on selected products. Look for the "Customise" option on eligible product pages, or contact us for bulk team orders with custom designs.
Due to the personalised nature of custom orders, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on customised items unless they arrive damaged or we made an error with your customisation. Please double-check all spelling and details before confirming your custom order.
Customised items require additional processing time. Typically, custom orders are ready to ship within 5-7 working days, plus standard delivery time. We'll keep you updated via email throughout the process.

Products & Sizing

Products shown as "In Stock" on our website are available for immediate dispatch. If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page, and we'll email you as soon as it's available again.
