  • UK Standard Delivery: 2-4 working days from dispatch
  • UK Express Delivery: 1-2 working days from dispatch
  • International Delivery: 5-10 working days depending on location
  • Order Processing: Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched same day (Mon-Fri)

❓ Common Questions

You'll get an email with your tracking number within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. The email will include a direct link to track your parcel in real-time.

Tracking can take 24-48 hours to show movement after dispatch. Don't worry, your order is on its way! Couriers often scan parcels in batches, so there may be a delay before the first update appears.

First, check with neighbours or your building reception as couriers sometimes leave parcels in safe places. Also check around your property. If you still can't find it, contact us immediately and we'll investigate with the courier.

Contact us ASAP at aysalsports381@gmail.com. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can update the address. Once shipped, you may be able to redirect the parcel directly through the courier using your tracking link.

The courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from your local depot. You can usually arrange redelivery or update delivery preferences using the tracking link we sent you.
