At Aysal Sports, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process to ensure a smooth experience.
30-Day Guarantee: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery
- Condition: Items must be new, unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original Packaging: All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or receipt
Items NOT Eligible for Return:
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by misuse
- Custom or personalised items (team kits with custom printing/embroidery)
- Final sale, clearance, or discounted items marked as non-returnable
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Hygiene products (if opened or used)
⚠️ Important: Custom and personalised orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or we made an error with your customisation.
How to Return an Item

Securely package the item(s) in original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include all tags, accessories, and documentation. -
Ship Your Return
Ship the item using a trackable carrier of your choice and retain tracking information for your records. -
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 2-3 business days), we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for your return:
FREE Return Shipping (We Pay)
We cover return shipping costs in the following cases:
- Damaged Items: Product arrived damaged or broken
- Defective Items: Product has manufacturing defects or doesn't work properly
- Wrong Items: We sent you the incorrect item, size, or colour
- Missing Items: Items missing from your order
Our Guarantee: If we made a mistake or sent a defective/damaged product, we'll provide a prepaid return label and cover all return shipping costs.
Customer Pays Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs if:
- You changed your mind about the purchase
- You ordered the wrong size or colour
- The item doesn't fit as expected
- You no longer want the item
- Any other reason not related to product defects or our error
💡 Tip: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt until the refund is processed. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size, colour, or style, subject to availability.
How to Exchange:
- Contact us at aysalsports381@gmail.com with your order number and exchange request
- We'll confirm availability of the replacement item
- Return your original item following the return process above
- We'll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
Fast Exchange Option: For quicker service, you can order the new item immediately and return the original for a refund. This ensures you get your preferred item without waiting for the return process.
Exchange Shipping Costs: Standard return shipping policies apply. You pay return shipping unless the exchange is due to our error or a defective item.
Refunds
Refund Processing:
- Inspection: Returns are inspected within 2-3 business days of receipt
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after inspection
- Bank Processing: Allow an additional 3-5 business days for funds to appear in your account (depending on your bank)
- Refund Method: Issued to the original payment method used at checkout
What's Refunded:
- Product Cost: Full refund of the item price
- Original Shipping: Refunded only if the return is due to our error or a defective product
- Return Shipping: Not refunded (unless we provided a prepaid label)
Partial Refunds:
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items showing obvious signs of use or wear
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items missing tags, packaging, or accessories
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, we sincerely apologise and will make it right immediately.

- Provide photos of the damage, defect, or incorrect item
- Include your order number and description of the issue
We Will:
- Provide a prepaid return label - you pay nothing for return shipping
- Send a replacement item immediately (if in stock)
- Provide a full refund including original shipping costs if replacement is not available
- Process your refund or replacement as a priority
100% Our Responsibility: If we made a mistake or sent a damaged/defective product, we cover ALL costs including return shipping and original shipping fees.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalised products (unless defective or incorrect)
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Downloadable products or digital content
- Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page
Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift and need to return it:

- We'll issue a store credit or gift card for the item's value
- The original purchaser can also initiate the return on your behalf
